• Vulnerability information: information that allows us to understand whether you are a vulnerable person including health, disabilities and other information which could indicate that you, your family members, tenants or where there is shared supply between your premises and residential premises require extra care during a visit.

• To answer your questions or complaints

• Debt recovery for former customers including all personal information

• We may use your details to contact you about your annual boiler service.

• We may use your personal data to send you marketing information describing services that you may be interested in where you have consented to receive this beforehand. You may opt out of receiving this information at any time.

• We do not share your information with any third party providers.

We will share your personal information with third party tradespeople, for completion of the job where we are unable to provide the service for the entire job, once you have given your verbal or written consent.

How we store, process and protect your data

We take the privacy and security of your personal data very seriously. The personal data that we collect from you is only stored inside the European Economic Area (EEA), therefore ensuring we achieve the maximum privacy and security in line with UK Data Protection Laws.
Your personal details are stored in Google Cloud. This infrastructure is built to provide secure deployment of services, secure storage of data with end-user privacy safeguards, secure communications between services, secure and private communication with customers over the Internet, and safe operation by administrators.

How long will we hold your personal data

We will only keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for. Once your information is no longer required it will be securely destroyed.
You can ask us to delete your data where retaining it is no longer necessary.
Where we process data based solely on your consent, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time.
