Hyde Heating & Plumbing is a sole trader gas heating and plumbing business.

We may use your details to contact you about your annual boiler service.

We will share your personal information with third party tradespeople, for completion of the job where we are unable to provide the service for the entire job, once you have given your verbal or written consent.

We take the privacy and security of your personal data very seriously. The personal data that we collect from you is only stored inside the European Economic Area (EEA), therefore ensuring we achieve the maximum privacy and security in line with UK Data Protection Laws.
Your personal details are stored in Google Cloud. This infrastructure is built to provide secure deployment of services, secure storage of data with end-user privacy safeguards, secure communications between services, secure and private communication with customers over the Internet, and safe operation by administrators.
How long will we hold your personal data
We will only keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for. Once your information is no longer required it will be securely destroyed.
You can ask us to delete your data where retaining it is no longer necessary.
Where we process data based solely on your consent, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time.
Marketing
We would like to send you information about the services we provide which may be of interest to you.
You have a right at any time to request that we stop contacting you for marketing purposes.

Access to your information and correction

We may ask for proof of identity before we share your personal data with you or your representative.
